Speaking Club

• Price: €12.50 per person for a 50-minute online session, with a maximum of eight learners.
• Group formation: the club is open from A2 upwards. Groups are formed from the requests received, matching learners with similar levels and compatible availability. The proposed group’s level is confirmed before payment.
• Launch minimum: during the introductory phase, sessions can run with a temporary minimum of two paid participants. Any change to the minimum will be stated before booking and payment and will apply only to future bookings.
• Payment deadline: payment must be received at least 48 hours before the session. Only received payments count towards the minimum. An unpaid expression of interest does not reserve a place.
• Session confirmation: at the payment deadline, Manish confirms the session if the stated minimum has been reached. You receive the preparation material after confirmation.
• If the minimum is not reached: the session is cancelled and your payment is refunded in full. You can choose to transfer it to another agreed date instead.
• Cancellation with at least 48 hours’ notice: choose a full refund or transfer to another available session.
• Cancellation with less than 48 hours’ notice or absence: the session is charged in full, with no refund or replacement session, subject to any applicable statutory rights. A late absence does not cancel an already confirmed session for the other learners.
• Late arrival: you can join the session in progress; it ends at the scheduled time.

Private lessons

• Four-week packages: Choose one lesson per week (€148), two lessons per week (€280) or three lessons per week (€384), for four weeks. This gives 4, 8 or 12 lessons respectively. The package rate is linked to the agreed weekly frequency. Each lesson lasts 60 minutes. The crossed-out comparison prices are the cost of the same number of occasional lessons at €39 each.
• Availability and confirmation: package lesson times are agreed before payment instructions are sent. Sending a request does not reserve a place. Payment confirms the agreed package; there is no automatic renewal. Any planned breaks and rescheduling arrangements are agreed before payment.
• Payment: lessons are paid in advance, or covered by an existing lesson credit. Payment instructions are confirmed individually.
• Cancellation or rescheduling with at least 24 hours’ notice: there is no charge for the cancelled lesson. A paid single lesson can be refunded or rescheduled; a lesson paid through a package remains available as a credit.
• Cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice or absence: the lesson is charged in full or deducted from your lesson balance, without a replacement lesson, subject to any applicable statutory rights.
• Late arrival: the lesson ends at the scheduled time.

If Manish cancels & refunds

If Manish cancels a lesson or club session, you can choose a full refund or an agreed replacement date. A credit or transfer is offered only with your agreement.

Refunds return the full amount paid for the affected session, without a cancellation or processing deduction. They are issued through the original payment method unless you agree otherwise. The time for the funds to reach you depends on your payment provider.

How to cancel or ask a question

Email manishpenna@gmail.com with your name and the session date and time. For private lessons, you can also use the cancellation or rescheduling link in your booking confirmation. Notice is measured from when your request is sent to the scheduled start time.

These scheduling conditions do not limit your statutory consumer rights, including any applicable right of withdrawal. You can contact Manish at the same email address about those rights.
